FREE no-hassle returns & replacements for Trade Account holders

Bought the wrong size? Simply not happy with a product? No worries. We’ll send you a replacement or sort out a return & refund, quickly, hassle-free and FREE OF CHARGE.

Returning or replacing your products

With our FREE no-hassle returns and replacements service, you can quickly and easily return or replace any product within 14 days of receiving it (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer).

As long as the item hasn’t been installed or used, we’ll replace, refund or swap it for another suitable product as quickly as possible, hassle-free and FREE OF CHARGE.

If the item is small enough, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label so you can simply pop it in the post, or, if it’s a larger item, we’ll send a courier to collect it. Either way, we’ll find the easiest method for you. Oh, and did we mention this service is completely FREE OF CHARGE? It’s just one of the many benefits of being a VictoriaPlum.com Trade Account holder.

Next day replacement service operates Tue-Sat on orders placed before 4pm the previous day. Restrictions and surcharges may apply to certain locations. Please see Delivery Restrictions for further information.

What to do next

Call your dedicated Trade Team on 01482 373 092 at the earliest opportunity to arrange your return.

Before returning your items, please complete the returns section of your delivery note. If you don’t have this, you can download a returns form here.

Just a few things to note

  • As a Trade Account holder, we won’t charge you a restocking fee and you won’t be required to pay the transportation costs associated with the return. However, if there was a surcharge on your original delivery (due to additional transport costs) we will have to apply a similar charge to your collection. This will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of collection.
  • If a period of 14 days has elapsed (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer) since receiving your product, we can no longer accept it as a return.
  • If, within 14 days of purchase (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer), you wish to replace your item, you will be required to purchase the new item, and we will refund you the amount you paid for the original item.
  • We’re more than happy for you to unpack and inspect your items, but if you have used or installed your products, we WON'T be able to offer you a refund, (paint and mattresses must remain in original packaging, unopened, at the point of return).
  • Returned items should be in a resalable condition and packaged in their original packaging, or, where this isn’t reasonably possible, packaged in a condition suitable for transport by our couriers.
  • We can’t accept returns in person at our warehouse.
  • We’ll always try to issue refunds within 7 days and, at most, within 14 days of collecting your returned items.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Trade Account holders only.
