Due to the unique way in which we source our wallpaper, this will be delivered on the same day, but separately to the rest of your order, direct from Graham & Brown.
If you wish to return an unwanted wallpaper item (it may be the wrong colour or you simply bought too many rolls), this can be arranged FREE OF CHARGE, by using DPD pickup. Simply use the returns label provided with your delivery. All returns need to be carried out within 28 days of delivery. Unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
If your wallpaper is damaged or faulty, please contact the VictoriaPlum.com Customer Care Team on 0344 804 48 48 within 30 days of delivery. Please do not return your wallpaper using the instructions below. Once the damage or fault has been confirmed, we’ll ensure it’s replaced free of charge, and with the minimum of fuss.

Please include the order number that was included on your wallpaper delivery note in all communications, NOT your VictoriaPlum.com delivery order number.
For your information, the returns label will look a little like the one below. If you haven’t received one with your wallpaper delivery, then please use the contact details above to request a new one.
Once your wallpaper has been received and checked, you will be refunded within 14 working days.
It is important that the above process is followed for all unwanted wallpaper returns. Any returns received outside of this process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.
We are unable to accept returns on wallpaper samples.
