Working as part of the Customer Excellence team you will deliver excellent customer service by resolving customer queries and complaints. The roles play an integral part in our customer service operations and is key to managing the VictoriaPlum.com brand.
Joining as a Customer Service Advisor you will pick up a range of customer issues from inception, performing the appropriate investigations in order to resolve the issue on the first call and if this isn't possible, you will follow the issue through to resolution whilst escalating up the appropriate channels where necessary. You will support the wider team by handling overflow calls from various areas such as Sales and Web Chat.
It is essential that you have previous proven customer service experience, within a similar busy contact centre environment, and have excellent communication skills. You should have a positive attitude, be a good team player and have strong problem solving and influencing skills. It is desirable that you are able to build rapport and have empathy with our customers.
