  • Salary: £18k-£25k OTE

Following the successful trial of our Design and Installation Service we are now launching our Nationwide search for Installation Field Sales Advisors to join the team here at We have a number of opportunities to join this team and also more in the pipeline for the future.

The role The role of the Installation Field Sales Advisor is a home-based role where you will be expected to meet customers in their own home, building strong relationships to ascertain their requirements to convert them into inspirational designs and sales. You will be required to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in their own home and build quality relationships, ensuring is their go to brand for product and installations
  • Prepare product and installation estimates in line with customer requirements
  • Present accurately priced designs in a professional manner and ensuring enquiries are turned into sales
  • Completing quality briefs with potential customers
  • Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
  • Ensure smooth handover to the project coordinator
  • Achieve all relevant sales KPI’s and customer service SLA’s

Who we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience of operating with the bathroom industry, ideally with knowledge of bathroom design and installation. A proven track record of delivering high levels of sales achievement with a strong customer service ethic and with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided. You must hold a full clean driving license. You must have a strong attention to details with the ability to work quickly and accurately and to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels. You must also be resilient, patient and have a level of empathy. You also will need a strong business acumen, forward thinking, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
