Installation Sales Advisors

  • Salary: £18 - £25k OTE

Following the successful trial of our Design and Installation Service we are now launching our search for an Installation Sales Advisors to join the newly formed team here at

We have several opportunities to join this team and more in the pipeline for the future.

The role The role of an Installation Sales Advisor will be working as part of the Installations Team to build strong relationships with customers and ascertain their requirements to convert them into inspirational designs and sales.

The role is 37.75 hours per week, 5 out of 7 with evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility is required to ensure we meet our customers expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build quality relationships with customers ensuring is their go to brand for product and installations
  • Prepare product and installation estimates in line with customer requirements
  • Present accurately priced designs in a professional manner and ensuring enquiries are turned into sales
  • Completing quality briefs with potential customers
  • Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the project co-ordinator once the sale is completed with the customer
  • Work towards exceeding all key performance metrics and SLA’s whilst ensuring you offer a best in class customer service experience

Who we are looking for? The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and can understand and answer customer queries with a view to closing the sale. You must have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to be patient and offer empathy to the customer when needed. Previous bathroom industry experience would be desirable. Track record in sales delivery. Experience of working in a fast paced and sales driven environment. You will need outstanding levels of attention to detail. You will need outstanding communication skills and the ability to build a rapport very quickly with the customer. You will need to be organised and a self-starter with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
