Outbound Sales Advisor (Trade)

  • Salary: £19,000 PA-OTE £25k

Due to continued success and exceptional growth, the team are now looking to recruit an experienced and hungry B2B Hunting Outbound Telesales Advisor, based at our Head Office in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

If you have previous experience working within telesales or working with Trade customers such as builders, plumbers and or property developers or operated in an Outbound/Inbound Telesales Advisor role, have excellent communication skills combined with a drive to deliver a memorable customer experience, the role of Hunting Outbound Telesales Advisor could be ideal for you.

As our brand-new Outbound Sales Advisor you would describe yourself as the kind of person that:

  • Has experience within B2B sales
  • Is happy to make outbound sales calls with a high level of resilience
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to demonstrate where you have exceeded sales targets
  • Excels under pressure and can organise and prioritise your workload
  • Is a real team player and is driven to meet team targets

If you have all these skills and more, we would love to hear from you.

It would be desirable if you also have knowledge of MS Office and experience of using Sage 200, although this is not essential.

Your New Role

Joining the VictoriaPlum Trade team as a Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and developing long term relationships with trade customers, whilst delivering against your personal and departmental KPI’s. Daily, your role will involve aspects such as:

  • Identifying and contacting prospective high value new trade customers with an aim to signing-up and placing orders and establishing a continual working partnership.
  • Focusing on new business generation utilising data from various sources such as Glenigans and Experian.
  • Working with the Trade Field Sales Manager to identify larger opportunities that require face to face account management.

The role will involve working Monday – Friday, with an early finish on a Friday.
