The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of training, experience of working within a busy call centre environment and must have a proven track record in coaching, training and developing colleagues from diverse business functions. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to confidently liaise with colleagues at all levels, able to work confidently alone and as part of a wider team, and must be able to take ownership and drive with personal development plans are all essential skills for this role. It is desired that the candidate will have a recognised training qualification such as, Train the Trainer, Group Training Certificate or Level 3 Certificate in Training (CIPD).
