Orders over 30kg in weight and/or bulky are delivered by our specialist 2 person team, providing a personalised service. To help fit in with your lifestyle, you can choose your delivery day and use our Premium room of choice service, subject to availability. These will be displayed in your delivery calendar, along with upgrade prices, where available.

A small or medium order, which is non-bulky and under 30kg in weight (for example, a mixer shower, tap, basin, toilet roll holder or fixing kit), will be delivered by parcel courier. Delivery for fragile items, which require special handling, may cost extra.

4. You’ll receive a further text when your delivery team are on their way with your estimated time of arrival

• If you’ve selected our Premium room of choice service, you must inform us if you or anyone in your household is self-isolating due to COVID. Please tell your delivery team when they arrive at your property and also contact us beforehand, if possible. In this instance, we’ll only be able to deliver to your doorstep and not to your room of choice
