The quick and easy way to create a 100% watertight wet room, Formsafe from AKW is a unique, pre-formed flexible self-adhesive waterproof membrane which can be tiled onto immediately.
Consisting of a 1mm thick rubberised waterproof layer, the Formsafe membrane features a fabric mesh on one side, making it ideal for use on substrates such as timber, masonry, concrete, plasterboard, gypsum and tile backer boards.
With no heating equipment required, it doesn't require any drying time and is ready to tile straight away.
This wet room tanking kit consists of 5 sq. m membrane, 500ml primer, 5m x 1m roll, 10m reinforcing tape and 310ml jointing compound.
