Our lowest price guarantee excludes installation charges and delivery costs. We can only match prices for one of each product per customer and prices of bulk purchases aren’t included.
We take personal pride in the quality of our products. Every single item we sell is manufactured and supplied to the very highest standards. They undergo rigorous testing by our own quality control team and are only released for sale when we’re 100% satisfied.
This extra cover is free of charge. Once you’ve completed your order, all you have to do to activate your guarantee is complete a quick and easy registration form. This will be sent to you by email 14 days after your products have been delivered.
We offer extended guarantees for all products (excluding tiles, bedroom furniture, beds and mattresses) free of charge.

You’ll receive a guarantee activation email 14 days after your products have been delivered, with a link to a form. If you haven’t received this email and it is over 14 days since delivery, please contact us.
Complete the form (it’ll take no longer than 5 minutes) and submit to activate the cover. You’ll have 28 days in which to do this.
We'll confirm your cover by email, giving you all your details should you ever need to contact us during the guarantee period.
Tiles have a standard 1 year guarantee - this cannot be extended.
