Find an equivalent product at a lower price and we’ll match it. It’s our lowest price guarantee.

By designing and sourcing all our products directly, and with no expensive showrooms, we’re able to offer you fantastic products at the lowest prices possible. We constantly check our prices against the likes of B&Q, Bathstore, Wickes and many more…

In fact, we are so confident that our prices are the best around, we offer a lowest price guarantee. If you’re able to find an identical product elsewhere for less, we’ll happily match it.

All we ask is:

  • The product on our competitor’s site is identical or equivalent in design, quality, materials and structure to the one we sell
  • Our competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery
  • We must have the identical product in stock and available for immediate delivery
  • We’re able to confirm the availability and validity of the lower price on our competitor’s website

If you’ve found a lower priced product sold by one of our competitors and it matches the criteria above, please call us on 0344 804 48 48 quoting "lowest price guarantee".

You will be asked to supply the following:

  • The product name and product code of the product you wish to price match
  • The product name, product code and price of the equivalent competitor’s product
  • The web address of the internet site where we can find the competitor’s product (not a price comparison site – e.g., etc)

If we can then confirm that one of our listed competitors is offering the same product cheaper, we will match that price.

Our lowest price guarantee excludes installation charges and delivery costs. We can only match prices for one of each product per customer and prices of bulk purchases aren’t included.

We only sell high quality products, which is why each and every one carries a 12 month guarantee as standard.

All items undergo rigorous testing by our own quality control team and are only released for sale when we’re 100% satisfied.

Extended product guarantees

In fact, we’re so confident in the quality of the items we sell, we’re happy to offer extended guarantees on the majority of our products (excluding tiles, bedroom furniture, beds, mattresses, living furniture & accessories, décor, paint, wallpaper, electricals and lighting) FREE OF CHARGE.

What to do once you’ve ordered

Once you've completed your order, all you have to do to activate your extended guarantee is complete a quick and easy registration form. This will be sent to you by email 30 days after your products have been delivered.

Complete the form (it'll take no longer than 5 minutes) and submit to activate the cover. You'll have 28 days in which to do this.

We'll confirm your cover by email, giving you all your details should you ever need to contact us during the guarantee period.

If you've received your products over 30 days ago, but still haven't received your registration email, please contact us.

What does my extended guarantee cover?

What your extended guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing or material defects

What your extended guarantee doesn’t cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or deliberate damage
  • Inappropriate use of your product (e.g. using inappropriate cleaning agents, not following recommended installation instructions, etc.)

Note on toilets

The stated guarantee for toilets which include seats only covers the ceramic pan and cistern. The toilet seat is guaranteed for a standard 1 year.

How long does my extended guarantee last?

Your extended guarantee, once activated, is valid from the day your product was delivered to you.

For example, a 5 year guarantee for a product delivered on Friday 19th August 2016, will expire at midnight on Wednesday 18th August 2021.

What does lifetime guarantee mean?

A lifetime guarantee means that we are confident your product is of sufficient quality and durability, that it will comfortably last and function correctly for the expected lifespan of that particular product type. The majority of our toilets and basins, for example, you would reasonably expect to last at least 25 years. Salamander shower pumps

We offer a 2 year extended guarantee on all Salamander shower pumps, however this can be extended up to 3 years by calling the PumpWise team at Salamander on 0191 516 2002 to confirm correct installation.
