How to prepare your items for return

1. Find suitable packaging

• Use original packaging where possible
• Multiple items can be combined into one package as long as they are packed securely and within courier weight and dimension limits
• Make sure you remove or cover any previous delivery labels

2. Secure contents and package

• Wrap all items to protect them
• Secure your packages with tape
• Make sure you fasten any loose edges, flaps or excess packaging
• For Post Office drop off, print your labels and securely attach to your packages. Make sure all information is clearly visible and you have one label per package

3. Send your packages or await collection

• For Post Office drop off, take your labelled packages to a Post Office branch. You can find your nearest here
• For home collection, keep note of your collection date and wait for the courier to arrive. They will bring your labels, so you don't need to print or attach them yourself
