Terms and conditions

1. Prize draw open from 00:01 on Tuesday 1st March 2022 and closes 23:59 on Thursday 31st March 2022.

2. For every single Victoria Plum Trade order of £500 ex VAT or more between the opening and closing dates, as stated above, you will be entered into the prize draw.

3. Multiple entries are possible. Each single Victoria Plum Trade order of £500 ex VAT or more between the opening and closing dates, as stated above, will result in a prize draw entry.

4. There is 1 (one) prize to be won. The winner will receive £1,000 credited to their Victoria Plum Trade account. This amount cannot be withdrawn or reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund.

5. The prize winner will be drawn at random using a random number generator from all valid entries. This will be done within 48 hours of the prize draw closing and the winner will be notified by telephone and email (using the telephone number and email address attributed to their Trade account). If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days of the notification being sent a new winner will be selected for the prize.
6. There is no cash alternative.

7. We reserve the right to feature the name, city/county and images of the prize winner in future publications and publicity.

8. Prize draw open to Victoria Plum Trade account holders, who are UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents over 18 years old only.

9. Employees of Victoria Plum Ltd, associated agents and anyone connected with this promotion are excluded from entering this prize draw.

10. Victoria Plum Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or extend the time periods and notification dates for this prize draw at any time.

11. Victoria Plum Ltd's decision over the validity of entries, prize winners and any other aspect of this prize draw are final and no correspondence will influence any final decision.
