Returning or replacing your products

With our FREE no-hassle returns and replacements service, you can quickly and easily return any product within 14 days of receiving it (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer) or replace any product within 30 days of receiving it.

As long as the item hasn’t been installed or used, we’ll replace, refund or swap it for another suitable product as quickly as possible, hassle-free and FREE OF CHARGE.

If the item is small enough, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label so you can simply pop it in the post, or, if it’s a larger item, we’ll send a courier to collect it. Either way, we’ll find the easiest method for you. Oh, and did we mention this service is completely FREE OF CHARGE? It’s just one of the many benefits of being a Victoria Plum Trade Account holder.

What to do next

You can arrange your return in the following ways:

1. Go to "My Account" and follow instructions to return your item(s) online (this is the quickest and easiest way).

2. Call your dedicated Trade Team on 0344 264 4141 at the earliest opportunity to arrange your return.

Just a few things to note

  • As a Trade Account holder, we won’t charge you a restocking fee and you won’t be required to pay the transportation costs associated with the return. However, if there was a surcharge on your original delivery (due to additional transport costs) we will have to apply a similar charge to your collection. This will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of collection.
  • If a period of 14 days has elapsed (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer) since receiving your product, we can no longer accept it as a return.
  • If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to replace your item, you will be required to purchase the new item, and we will refund you the amount you paid for the original item.
  • We’re more than happy for you to unpack and inspect your items, but if you have used or installed your products, we WON'T be able to offer you a refund.
  • Returned items should be in a resalable condition and packaged in their original packaging, or, where this isn’t reasonably possible, packaged in a condition suitable for transport by our couriers. Please see our guide to preparing your items for return.
  • We can’t accept returns in person at our warehouse.
  • Please report damaged items within 30 days of receiving them. After this time, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
  • We’ll always try to issue refunds within 7 days and, at most, within 14 days of collecting your returned items.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Trade Account holders only.
