With our FREE no-hassle returns and replacements service, you can quickly and easily return or replace any product within 14 days of receiving it (30 days if you are a Gold or Platinum customer).
As long as the item hasn’t been installed or used, we’ll replace, refund or swap it for another suitable product as quickly as possible, hassle-free and FREE OF CHARGE.
If the item is small enough, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label so you can simply pop it in the post, or, if it’s a larger item, we’ll send a courier to collect it. Either way, we’ll find the easiest method for you. Oh, and did we mention this service is completely FREE OF CHARGE? It’s just one of the many benefits of being a Victoria Plum Trade Account holder.
