Could you tell me how to remove the control knobs?

My one is getting on a bit and the thermostat is quite notch, and runs either very hot or luke warm. Is the mixer valve serviceable, and where can I get a user/installation manual?

Hi, just wondering if an overhead drencher and a hand held shower can both be in use at the same time?

As it's on a triple valve Lee, 1 handle can operate the overhead, 1 can operate a riser handset and the other operates the temperature. You can use one or the other or both at the same time.

What is the minimum installation depth for the valve?

Hi Mark, the minimum depth you'd need is 75mm and the maximum 88mm.

Does this operate as follows 1 knob - Temperature 1 knob - Off/On 1 knob - Shower / Shower Hose / Bath Tap? Its the latter of the knobs I need to check this works for? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

It's two outlet controls (top and bottom) and the temperature control in the middle, David.

No problem Matt, as long as you have a minimum of 1 bar pressure on both hot and cold water supplies.

The button is an anti-scald device Laura, you would press the button and turn further to make it hotter.

We have one of these and it’s getting on a bit with multiple uses every day for 7 years. Can a new one be easily swapped out?

On my current shower the temperature value is at the buttom. Can I still buy this unit.

Hi this should be okay as the hot and cold inlets are on the sides of this shower valve, we'd recommend speaking to a plumber regarding though so they can confirm if this shower valve would be suitable, thanks.
