The SMART controller can be installed both vertically and horizontally to suit various radiator setups. While basic controls such as temperature adjustment and a simple timer can be accessed via the intuitive front panel, the full suite of functionalities is unlocked through the Terma SMART app. The controller offers five distinct room temperature settings, ranging from 15 to 28 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal comfort across different environments. Additionally, it features a convenient drying function and a comprehensive 7-day timer, allowing users to schedule their heating preferences with precision.
Its geo-location functionality automatically reduces the temperature when you leave home to save energy, and restores it upon your return. This intelligent feature contributes significantly to energy efficiency. The controller is also compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT, providing the convenience of voice control and smart home integration without the need for an additional hub.
The VEO SMART controller is designed to blend seamlessly with Terma radiators. The clamshells are painted using Terma’s premium paint colours, ensuring an exact match that maintains the visual harmony of your interior spaces. Its compact dimensions, with a length of 75.6mm from the thread down and a width of 70.5mm, make it a discreet yet functional addition to your heating system.
The VEO SMART controller meets rigorous standards with its Class 1 and UKCA approvals. It also boasts an IPX5 rating, making it safe for use in bathroom environments where moisture resistance is crucial. For added peace of mind, the controller comes with a two-year guarantee, underscoring Terma’s commitment to quality and durability.
The VEO SMART controller features a straight cable design and is supplied without a plug, offering versatility in installation and ensuring it can be tailored to your specific electrical setup. However, it's important to note that this controller should not be paired with the TS1 probe, which is exclusively for the KTX range.
