Our VIP Select service allows you to pick a delivery date that suits you.
Delivery will normally take place between 3 and 7 working days, and our 2 person delivery team will contact you on the morning of your delivery to confirm your estimated time slot, so no need to wait in all day.
Your items will be transported to you, specially packaged to prevent damage, and will be delivered by our very own 2 person team offering a personalised service.
Unpack your items, and if you have any questions about your products or your order, our delivery team will help you out there and then. That’s what VIP service is all about.

Need your items in a hurry? For a small, extra charge, we’ll deliver them to you as quickly as possible, with the same 2 person team and personalised service you would get with our VIP Select option.
VIP Express is available Tuesday – Saturday (except Bank Holidays) and you will receive your delivery within 2 working days, with next day delivery available in some cases.
Spend over £499 and you can choose to have your order delivered FREE OF CHARGE by selecting one of our FREE delivery dates. This is the perfect, money-saving option if you aren’t in a rush and can be more flexible with your delivery date. You still get the same 2 person team and personalised service as our VIP Select option, but without the added expense.
Where a product is delivered direct from a supplier, it will arrive separately to the rest of your order via a specialist third party courier. There will be no additional charge on top of your total delivery cost (if applicable).
Unlike other products, the couriers can only deliver these to the kerbside and will be unable to move pallets or goods into your property. Pallet or packaging removal is also not available.
The following Jacuzzi baths are over 80kg in weight, and as such, we may not be able to deliver direct to the room of your choice:

Our VIP delivery service is available to everyone in the UK mainland, but due to logistical reasons, restrictions apply to customers living in the following postcode areas:
If you require delivery to any of the above postcode areas, you can still order online but you may not be able to select a delivery date during the checkout process. If this is the case, our Customer Care Team will contact you separately to arrange your delivery date. Depending on your location, the time between completing your order and your delivery date may be longer than anticipated. We will keep you fully updated on your estimated delivery time.
Reluctantly, due to the additional distance from our distribution centre and extra transport costs involved, we have to charge an additional fee when delivering to the following areas:

The surcharge is additional to the usual delivery fee. For example, a large order going to the Isle of Wight would cost a total of £109.99 to deliver (Standard £34.99 delivery charge + £75 surcharge).

Yes. Your total delivery charge will be displayed before you confirm your order, based on your postcode and the weight or classification of your order.
The completed order will be delivered as soon as these items become available, however, a part delivery of the in-stock items can be arranged by calling us on 0344 804 48 48.
Once you’ve placed your order, our warehouse team will ensure all your items are checked and packed as quickly as possible. We use our own specially designed packaging incorporating specific features, to help support and protect your items during delivery.
If your order is over £499 you will qualify for our VIP Free delivery option. When you come to select your delivery date, simply pick any date which shows “FREE”.
When you check out before 4pm, you will be able to see if a next day delivery option is available to you. Next day delivery slots are only available Tuesday – Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to availability.
If, on the rare occasion, we are not able to deliver your order on your allotted day and within your allotted time slot, we will let you know immediately and arrange an alternative delivery date.
If our couriers turn up to your delivery address on your allotted day and within your allotted time slot, but are unable to complete the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an additional £21.99 redelivery fee for the rearranged delivery.
