Small & medium item orders

Non-bulky orders under 30kg in weight which can be delivered by parcel courier. Small, low value, robust items will be delivered by post. Delivery for fragile items, which require special handling, may cost extra.

^Things to note


Products supplied direct from suppliers

Where a product is delivered direct from a supplier, it will arrive separately to the rest of your order via a specialist third party courier. There will be no additional charge on top of your total delivery cost (if applicable).

Unlike other products, the couriers can only deliver these to the kerbside and will be unable to move pallets or goods into your property. Pallet or packaging removal is also not available.

Oversized items

The following products are over 80kg in weight, and as such, we may not be able to deliver direct to the room of your choice:

Made-to-order items

With made-to-order items, you are able to personalise certain design aspects, creating a product that is bespoke to you. As such, made-to-order items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless found to be faulty, damaged or not made to the specification given at time of ordering, upon delivery.

Made-to-order items include Belle de Louvain Barocci and Rembrandt baths, plus The Bath Co. Berkeley, Dover, Stirling and Warwick baths, along with The Bath Co. Lewes shower tray.

Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by the supplier to confirm your personalised design options.

Delivery restrictions

Our VIP delivery service is available to everyone in the UK mainland, but due to logistical reasons, restrictions apply to customers living in the following postcode areas:

If you require delivery to any of the above postcode areas, you can still order online but you may not be able to select a delivery date during the checkout process. If this is the case, our Customer Care Team will contact you separately to arrange your delivery date. Depending on your location, the time between completing your order and your delivery date may be longer than anticipated. We will keep you fully updated on your estimated delivery time.

Delivery surcharges

Reluctantly, due to the additional distance from our distribution centre and extra transport costs involved, we have to charge an additional fee, on top of the standard delivery charge, when delivering to the following areas:

The surcharge is additional to the usual delivery fee. For example, a small order going to the Isle of Wight would cost the total sum of £6.99 + an £8 surcharge to deliver. Orders to any of the areas listed above, which qualify for free delivery, will still be charged the listed surcharge but no additional delivery fee.


European and international deliveries

If you wish to deliver to any country outside of the British Isles (e.g. France, Spain), please select your products, then call us on 0344 804 48 48 or contact us via LiveChat. We’ll work with trusted third party couriers to provide you with our best delivery charge estimate, before completing your order.


Frequently asked questions

Will I be able to see my total delivery costs before I buy?

Yes. Your total delivery charge will be displayed before you confirm your order, based on your postcode and the weight or classification of your order.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock?

The completed order will be delivered as soon as these items become available, however, a part delivery of the in-stock items can be arranged by calling us on 0344 804 48 48.

How do you package my items?

Once you’ve placed your order, our warehouse team will ensure all your items are checked and packed as quickly as possible. We use our own specially designed packaging incorporating specific features, to help support and protect your items during delivery.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

If your order is over £299, you will qualify for our free delivery option. When you come to select your delivery date, simply pick any date which shows “FREE”. Parcel Express & timed delivery slots are excluded from this offer.

In certain areas, you may still be required to pay a surcharge (please see “Surcharges” above).

Can I get next day delivery?

When you check out before 5pm, you will be able to see if a next day delivery option is available to you. Next day delivery slots are only available Tuesday–Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are subject to availability.

What happens if you can’t deliver my order on my allocated date?

If, on the rare occasion, we are not able to deliver your order on your allotted day and within your allotted time slot, we will let you know immediately and arrange an alternative delivery date.

What happens if I’m not at the delivery address when you attempt to deliver my order?

If our couriers turn up to your delivery address on your allotted day and within your allotted time slot, but are unable to complete the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an additional £34.99 redelivery fee for the rearranged delivery.
