Unlike many bathroom retailers, we operate our own delivery service for large orders, consisting of an experienced 2 person team directly employed by Victoria Plum. And, to help you keep your bathroom costs low, standard delivery is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders!
When you shop with us, you’ll be presented with a choice of delivery dates (including next day when you order before 6pm) and time slots, to fit with your busy lifestyle.
What’s more, for a small extra charge, we’ll even deliver your products to the room of your choice.

Considered the pinnacle of the supply chain sector, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards are now in their 25th year and are renowned for their rigorous selection process.
Shortlisted alongside 5 national retailers, GANT, ToolStation, JD Outdoors, Pure Electric and Roper Rhodes, we were delighted to be named winner of the Retail Supply Chain Excellence Award.

As we celebrate 20 years as a company, we’ve followed up with a range of initiatives which aim to make our world a better place.
In 2021, we partnered with JUST ONE Tree, a non-profit initiative, to help reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and reduce biodiversity loss. We’ve also introduced an Eco-Delivery option, which also helps reduce our impact on the environment.
And our commitment to being greener doesn’t stop there… we’ve also reduced the amount of plastics and non-recyclable materials we use in our packaging without compromising on product care and safety.
The COVID pandemic has hit many of us hard and brought the amazing jobs NHS staff and emergency workers do into sharp focus. As such, we’ve introduced exclusive discounts for NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders, to offer a meaningful thanks for all their hard work.
