Do Victoria Plum have showrooms?
The answer is no, we don’t have any showrooms. You’ll find us exclusively online, which is why we’re able to offer inspirational bathrooms at affordable prices. We don’t have large stores with all the overheads and costs that go with them, nor do we employ a vast team of salespeople on commission. The money which we save is all passed directly on to you, the customer.
On our website, you’ll find plenty of information about our products, including exceptionally detailed and accurate imagery including 360 degree views, measurement diagrams, installation guides, videos and more. All designed to help you make your bathroom buying easy.
If you are looking to buy tiles, we offer free samples, and samples are also available for certain other products like paint and shower wall panels.
Plus, if you’re unhappy with your product in any way, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Find out more about our returns policy.

Can I collect products?
Whilst we don’t operate a collection service from our Distribution Centre or any other premises which we operate from, you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service.
If your order is under 20kg in weight and isn’t fragile, you can choose to collect it from one of 4,000+ Collect Points throughout the UK. These include local grocery stores, businesses and pharmacies.
