Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order at any time. Simply chat with our expert Customer Care Team using our on-site LiveChat service. Contact us a couple of days before your current delivery date, so that we can make sure you get exactly what you need.
If you’re unhappy with your items for any reason, we offer a 14 day no-quibble returns policy. Send it back to us or arrange for it to be collected and we'll issue you with a full refund.
You can even exchange your items up to 365 days after receiving them.
