Best known as a TV and radio presenter, Helen Skelton joined the team at Victoria Plum, getting involved in a range of activities.
Here are just a couple of things that Helen is helping us with.
Victoria Plum Community Foundation
Do you know of a good cause in your local community that could do with a helping hand? Tell us all about it. We might be able to help. The Victoria Plum Community Foundation is on the lookout for community initiatives which need updated toilet or wash facilities. For example, do you use a sports pavilion that’s seen better days or help out at a village hall that could do with a refurb? Head to our Victoria Plum Community Foundation page and fill out a short form to nominate your good cause by 3rd September 2023.
Helen and our panel of judges will pick out what they feel to be the most deserving causes and work with them to improve their facilities, using unused products (which we’d normally have to repackage) to reduce environmental impact.
Helen’s bathroom style guides
As a busy mum of 3, Helen knows all-too-well how important her bathroom is to family life. Working with our resident Interior Stylist Ruth, Helen has put her creative hat on and helped produce a range of bathroom style guides to help you “Get the Look” in your own home.

The first of Helen’s style guides reflects her upbringing in the Cumbrian countryside and love of the great outdoors. A sophisticated take on a traditional look, Helen’s country style makes great use of natural materials like wood and exposed stonework.
