Ever since our first review back in 2005, we’ve served well over 2 million customers and recently reached the remarkable milestone of 100,000 reviews. Out of all the reviews we’ve received over the years, 93% of our customers rated us “Excellent” or “Great”, which clearly demonstrates the confidence and faith they place in us when buying their bathroom.

Acting on your feedback
Of course, not all reviews are positive, and we always aim to resolve any issues as swiftly and satisfactorily as possible. Over the years, your feedback has been invaluable. Many of the services we now offer were introduced thanks to your comments and suggestions, like 30 day exchanges, free extended product guarantees and an award-winning delivery service to fit with your busy lifestyles.
One of the frustrating things for many of our customers was finding a suitable plumber or tradesperson to fit all their lovely new products—often a time-consuming task. In 2019, this feedback led to us launch a Design and Installation service.
What does the future hold?
The Coronavirus pandemic has led to many changes in the way you buy bathrooms, and we, as a company, have had to adapt to this new and challenging situation. For our customers, this has meant introducing contactless delivery and ensuring social distancing measures are in place when installing bathrooms. For our colleagues, this has meant introducing homeworking where possible and adapting all other workplaces, so that social distancing is observed at all times.
Despite these changes, we continue to offer the same high quality products and service that we've always done to retail and trade customers alike. We're constantly appraising and expanding our product range, to bring you a greater choice than ever before. Plus, with your invaluable feedback, we'll carry on learning and improving, to provide you with the best bathroom and kitchen shopping experience around.
